CELA is the unified voice for Indiana’s creative industries, bringing together leaders from film, music, design, media, fashion, architecture, digital content, and other creative sectors. Our members represent the businesses, workers, and institutions shaping how Indiana creates, communicates, and competes.

Together, we work to define and measure the creative economy, advocate for smart policy and investment, and ensure creative industries have the same infrastructure, visibility, and support as Indiana’s other priority sectors. CELA exists to strengthen creative businesses, future-proof the workforce, and position creativity as a core driver of Indiana’s economic growth.
