Polina Osherov is the Executive Director of Pattern Inc, a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening Indiana’s creative industries, and the Editor-in-Chief of PATTERN magazine.
Since co-founding Pattern in 2010, Polina has helped build one of the state’s leading platforms for creative professionals, entrepreneurs, and artists. Under her leadership, Pattern has hosted more than 350 industry events, mentored over 250 interns and fellows, published 28 issues of PATTERN magazine, and led more than 120 culture-forward campaigns and projects.

Her work focuses on connecting creative talent with economic opportunity. Pattern's initiatives include the Indiana Creative Economy Summit and a statewide study of Indiana’s creative economy, both designed to surface data, align stakeholders, and inform long-term strategies for growth.
Through her work, Polina advocates for stronger infrastructure, smarter policy, and greater investment in the creative industries, helping position Indiana as a place where creative businesses and talent can build sustainable careers.
